Seriously though, Nintendo themselves should have some pretty accurate numbers through WiFi statistics. I'd be highly surprised, even disappointed, if they didn't check for pirate cards, I mean, it's really trivial.

90% ...riiiiight. Someone probably purposely typo'd and rolled with an extra 0 tossed in there just because it would look more impressive and get a reaction.

I can't think of nearly any sentence in that small piece actually having something to do with reality. Adding a $50 chip into you system, downloading games straight to your DS, overriding copyright lockout chips. Shit man Rick James said it best: Cocaine, it's one hell of a drug.

Yeah, I thought they were lying, and I was right. I mean, come on, millions and millions of R4 users? I'm sure half of the people don't even know what that IS.

I would say that 5% of DS users play pirated DS games, especially in America.

However this number will rise is people like the New York Times keep doing articles about this dire threat.
