Hacking 9.2.0-20u on japanese market consoles?

is it possible to emunand or even system nand a japanese console over to us firmware? There is a certain japanese release console design i like that we never got here in the states.

Yeah its possible but if I remember you can't go online/eShop unless you do something specific. I think you need an unused JPN 3DS, an unused EU/US 3DS and swap certain things to get online.
