Hacking 8MB GC Mem Card Dump w/ Nintendont

Just got my Wii u, made 1:1 rips of my collection, and have made a raw dump of my memory card with GCMM. Doing the renaming thing with the 8MB dump results in games saying the memory card is corrupted. However, If I create a save with nintendont, open it up with dolphin, and manually copy saves over, it works. But that save is only ~2MB in size and I can't fit all my saves on it.

Is there any way I can get the 8MB dump working with nintendont?

Sadly, not as far as I know. You need to use Dolphin as a middleman. Nintendont doesn't work with raw dumps from real MCs, even if they're from a real 2MByte memory card.

Could I use a card resizer, resize the 2MByte card to an 8, then copy everything with dolphin? Or is nintendont just limited to 2MByte saves?

I'm pretty sure Nintendont only reads 2MB from whatever file it's using as a memory card, so not really. You'll need to break up the saves.

Nintendont creates a memory card for every game. 2 MB per game should be enough, shouldn't it?

It seems one game require more block than available with 2MB card.

Also, I can't extract my Mario sunshine save from real MemCard to Nintendont.
The save is not written correctly by dolphin card manager.

It worked fine when nintendont used a single card for all games.
Something probably changed in the way the card data are managed by nintendont now.

On a related note has anyone had problems with Dolphin on linux not supporting Nintendont saves at all?
I gave up trying to import my physical saves because of this...
