8GB micro sd?

I remember hearing about an 8GB micro SD card on this site a while ago that was under $30. My dad's looking for some more memory for his G1, and I need to order something today. So can anybody link me up?

You really shouldn't get no-name brands for MicroSD cards. You could get a good deal on a name brand Micro SDHC at newegg.com if you're willing to pay for shipping. However, if you're willing to risk the safety of the device for the cost, go right ahead.

Try to find a Kingston I haven't had bad luck with that brand. I have been hearing they sell genuine ones on dealextreme on this forum.

Yeah, the higher the number = the faster it is.

I believe class 6 is the highest, and there are only three classes- 2, 4, and 6.

Yeah, the higher the number = the faster it is.

I believe class 6 is the highest, and there are only three classes- 2, 4, and 6.

The different classes only stands for the minimal guaranteed transfer rate in Mb/s.
