OMG look what I just found: $8 Toshiba 1gig microSD.

Unfortunately I have found bad reviews and good reviews for this site. It has a very crappy 1.11/10 on resellerratings.combut a very good 4.33/5 onpricegrabber.

I clicked on the add to cart thing just to see the shipping costs- and it's FREE SHIP!

I can't believe this, this is a way better deal than any other place I've found for microSD's.

Also in case you didn't know- Kingston oems from Toshiba, which means they put their own "kingston" sticker on the Toshiba products and resell.
Therefore, Toshiba is the original company, and if you get a toshiba product, it's the same as kingston.

Yeah that's cheap. And even if it's a bad shop...getting conned out of $8 isn't a big deal so it's worth the risk.

if you pay by credit card then you won't lose anything - you'll be covered in case they rip you off.

I've seen two 2GBs selling for 25 bucks before.

These things just keep getting cheaper and cheaper everyday. And that's a good thing. Nothing to be suspicious of.

Google checkout is NOT a deal! It works for anything.

Well gets you stuff for cheap, what's wrong with google checkout?

    Another off-topic:
    That's total 4 gigs for $25.

On-topic: Do they ship to Canada at all? My friend needs one since he's getting a R4 soon, and yet the site has no mention of wether they ship outside of States at all.

Believe it or not, I saw that price at a Future Shop. But they were also selling a 1 GB for 15 bucks. I think that the double 2 GB was on sale.

Deal or not, the total is still cheaper than most or any out there. Finding a bargain is a deal...

Quoted for emphasis. You can get a 1gb from here for $2.95 after google checkout, free shipping. Or the 2gb that was already listed (mine just came in a few days ago, and I got a Japanese SD, though it was $2 more when I ordered damnit). Buy.com is a much more reputable seller than emartbuy and they even come with usb readers, cause we've all heard problems about the ones that come with the R4...
