Hacking 8.2 3ds how to update to newer exploites?

I have an original 3ds xl on firmware 8.2, I have pasta cfw through ninjahax.

What would be the best way to go about updating to a newer home-brew method, that allows unsigned .cia's and doesn't require a game cart.

It depends on your browser version.
But here go through the steps to update your 3ds to 9.2 and then carry on with the guide until you have an 11.0 3ds with a9lh sysnand, which is the perfect hacking combination(for piracy too)
