@syamu-mods I found the codes using Citra MMJ Android because I'm too lazy to transfer and install it on my 3ds. And the problem is I can't find the JPN Update v1.1 CIA (Decrypted or not).

This are miscellaneous codes, but since you can use some of them to help to get stable fps, i will post them here.

The Alliance Alive - USA
Title ID: 00040000001CCD00

[3D Effect Permanently Deactivated]
003B6D90 00000000

[3D Effect Permanently Activated]
003B6D90 3F800000

[Fast change of view angle/camera]
0814E10C 00000001

[Normal change of view angle/camera]
0814E10C 00000002

I tried to locate the fps address on TAA but every time I failed. If anyone want to try it, on the Burning Realm, more specific, on Blue Oasis the fps drops from 30 to 20 (if you stay still, the map zooms out giving you a full view of the city and it's temporarily on 3D, in that moment the fps drops).

What caught my attention is that the frames drops even if you don't activate the stereoscopic 3D (or if you are playing it on a New 2DS XL). So after a little research, find a way to turn off completely the 3D. When you use the 3D Effect Permanently Deactivated code, the game achieve stable 30 fps (well, to be honest, it drops a little when the maps zooms in or out on cities but you can fix that with the Fast change of view angle/camera code , so i recommend to use both codes).

On the other hand, if you use the 3D Effect Permanently Activated code, you can actually play all the game on stereoscopic 3D. Most of the time the 3D looks good, but on some scenes and scenarios the stereoscopic 3D looks weird, one notable example is Hakurei Castle, inside of it, on the stairs that connect the floors of the castle. (You can use the 3D on this area, but i recommend to put the 3D slider on minimum. Otherwise, the effect will look strange, oversatured. The same issue occurs on other games, like on some boss fights of Thor: God of Thunder, when you put the 3D on maximum)

But this code has a severe downside: It impact to the fps on most of the game. On the world map, the fps drop from 30 to 20-15 and on some areas even less, 18-14 fps. On battle, frames also drop to 20 and when you do some heavy special attacks, like Omni-Rush or Five Dragon Strike, the game drops to 11 fps.
So you can imagine that playing using the stereoscopic 3D is no a pleasant experience, but in any case, is possible to do it.
Well, that's all. Sorry for the text wall.

PD: All this was tested on New 3DS, i have no idea how it runs on Old 3DS

Mr. Hazerou
Thank you for finding the cheat codes.
We have removed the update and confirmed 60-30fps operation on the citra emulator
Now the HD version of mgsv keymap
Wonderful mgs3 I can play!
I'm going to play the gameplay until I complete it in version 1.0 for a while

The updated data for the Japanese version 1.1
titleid 0004000e0007a000 version 400
It seems that it is currently not available for download in 3dnus...
I have a decrypted cia, but I don't think I can give it to you due to the rules of the site.
That's a shame!

Cheat codes for 1.0
Thank you so much.

Is there any list of games who actually get a really good improvement for using these cheats? Let's say Mario & Luigi Bowser inside story

I'm talking about real diferent experience and not just game going faster

Kingdom Hearts 3DS is like the poster child. Runs amazing with a 60FPS code on a New 3DS. And while the improvement is nice in Bowser’s Inside Story, it’s game changing in Kingdom Hearts given the different playstyles.

You can figure it out for yourself by going to the first post. If the note says “Game Runs Faster” Then it won’t be what you want.

Hello is there any program to enable 60 fps codes for games on n3ds? If not can you please explain how to download and use them? Also how do I check if the overclocking is on on luma 3ds cuz it's very confusing!

There you go:

If you will use the Luma CFW's Cheat Engine, then before activate the "Enable game patching" option on Luma config menu (holding SELECT button pressed on boot)

Also how do I check if the overclocking is on on luma 3ds cuz it's very confusing!
Go to Luma config menu (as I said before) and check if "L2+Cache" option is activated/marked (if not, then mark it). Or, even you can do the same thing on Rosalina Menu (pressing the combo L+Down+Select and choosing the New 3DS menu inside).

Note for Console Users: You can experience 60 FPS best on New 3DS/3DS XL/2DS XL Models with Max CPU Clock and L2 Cache turned On.

When using New 3DS/3DS XL/2DS XL do the Pokémon games actually run at 60 FPS?
How well do the games perform when Max CPU Clock and having L2 Cache turned On?
Are there any videos that showcase examples of this type of performance?
Also, how do I know the version of the game that I have?

Thanks guys, I am new to 30+ frames and max cpu clocking with the 3ds so I'd like to learn more and learn how well the performance is and if its worth it. Appreciate it!

laggy battles would still be laggy for bad optimization, except for maybe gen 7 games since it was confirmed to be laggy for old 3ds models,i havent played on a new 3ds yet but i remember to deal with that on a old model,it was annoying since one part is obligatory for the story

but to let you an idea theres one part on omega ruby where you battle 5 poochyenas of team magma and thats a lag fest even on new 3ds

The 60 Fps code for Kingdom Hearts 3D isn't working on my New 2DS XL, the cheat name turns red for me when I try to use it

The M&L:BiS DX code does not play well, at least on console. The game risks crashing during basically any scene transition, including pausing, saving, battle scenes, and giant battles.

I hope someone comes up with something more stable for it. Until then, I request the OP be edited to mark this one as unstable on console.

EDIT: So here's my strategy for playing BISDX at 60fps:

-Hold R when touching/hitting enemy to start battle.
-Hold R when last enemy is defeated, but before the results screen. Holding R does nothing on results, unless it's a levelup.
-Hold R when hitting save blocks.
-Hold R when doing the muscle minigame.
-For giant battles, turn the code off before it says "Tilt screen vertically". Holding R does nothing there.

That should prevent 95% of all crashes. The other 5% are going to be caused by either pausing or cutscenes, but those seem to be pretty rare. Also, it might just crash anyway for no good reason.

Point is, it's extremely difficult to play this at 60fps and not have a ton of anxiety, since the game doesn't allow you to save anywhere.

EDIT 2: Actually scratch all of that, because I don't think holding R actually helps.

I will look into this later. Maybe adding more conditional codes will fix this.
