Pretty sure Super Mario 3D Land is 30FPS at all times. It certainly never ran at 120FPS in any area, either.

It shows 60FPS on Citra, but is 30FPS on-screen.

    The CTRPF's FPS counter is messed up in this game but I managed to find it using the tricky and risky method;

    Super Mario 3D Land
    USA 0004000000054000

    [30 FPS (Default)]
    D3000000 15000000
    2091621C 00000002
    D2000000 00000000

    [60 FPS]
    D3000000 15000000
    2091621C 00000001
    D2000000 00000000
    {Game runs faster}

The CTRPF's FPS counter is still a mess after activating 60 FPS.

    Oh, game runs faster. :(
Pretty normal for a Nintendo-developed game tbh, they usually don't use delta-timing, so their games are basically hardcoded for a specific FPS cap.
Super Mario 64 comes to mind. Using a 60FPS Gameshark code on that game just makes it run double speed as well.

    Fire Emblem Awakening - USA
    Title ID: 00040000000A0500

    [30 FPS]
    004BDEFC 00000002

    [60 FPS]
    004BDEFC 00000001

Will make the game runs faster (game speed x2).On battle: 55-60 fps, have some drops to 42. Outside of battle: 55-60 fps.

(Use this in case that you want to fight at normal speed)

Just like the code for DQ VIII USA version, this code will make the game runs faster.

Your code works great! (double speed aside, of course :P) Also great finding, it never cross my mind that the fps counter on that game was wrong :)

Also, thanks to your code, i was able to find it on EUR Version:

Super Mario 3D Land - EUR
    Title ID: 0004000000053F00

    [30 FPS]
    D3000000 15000000
    2091689C 00000002
    D2000000 00000000

    [60 FPS]
    D3000000 15000000
    2091689C 00000001
    D2000000 00000000

All credits to you, of course. :yay3ds:

Does the New 3DS have enough power to run Donkey Kong Country: Returns 3D at 60fps?

Maybe yes maybe not? Because on some games, it can achieve 60 FPS occasionally when on tight areas, less effects etc.
But We'll know if we can find the FPS for that game.

Chances are, 'Yes'. The game was made before the release of the New 3DS, so it wasn't taken into consideration.
Don't expect a perfect 60FPS though, some games do struggle.

I.E: While the New 3DS has enough power to run Kingdom Hearts 3D at 60FPS, it's only during exploration, most cutscenes, lighter battles and a few boss battles.
Drops into the 50s and around the 40s range are common, and can drop as low as sub-30FPS in worst-case scenerios.
(This applies to 2D mode only. 3D mode drops are considerably worse.)

How do I add one of these to a game? Should I use NTR or Luma's cheat functionality?
    Thank you.

I found this adresse in Style Savvy - Fashion Forward, she put all the game in 60 FPS used with my older codes, but that disable the antialiasing.
