Yes. New 3DS exclusives, Mode 3 games (Smash, Pokémon, Monster Hunter) and some other later releases (e.g. Samus Returns) even have that enabled by default on stock firmware.

Anyone have an updated E.X. Troopers (English Patch 1.0.2) 60 FPS mod? Tried to use the codes available, but neither of them worked, to my knowledge.

Seconding this, why are these patches even dependent on the version number anyway? seems like an oversight

When using the 60fps code for "Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr's Journey" , when I enter/leave a battle or open the menu the game goes back to 30fps and I need to activate the code again each time. Is there any at all fixes for this?

I adjusted the code so it's a toggle instead. rather than be button held.

(pressing R+X will make it 60fps. While pressing L+X will revert back to 30pfs. Currently trying to find a better binding. But it's pretty difficult since the game nearly uses every button)
also I'm pretty garbo at writing codes. So if there is something wrong/ a optimization, please change it.

yeah it's not perfect. Seems like entering some rooms or some actions will cause the frame rate to go back to 30.
I'll figure out how to fix that.

This seems to crash the game right when i start it
I don't think it possible, ever rare 60fps code i found for this game didn't work

I cant make Mario y Luigi Paper jam to reconigze the 60 fps patches ...

any solution ? , im playing on citra , tried all of the 60 fps patches but no one seems to work

How can I run Metal Gear Solid 3 3DS in 60 FPS on Citra???

I have put all the 60 FPS cheat codes in citra cheats but none work, my game is always 20 FPS locked with or without the cheat when using 100% gamespeed and no matter what resolution native or 10x and with or without Vsync...

My specs:
I7 8700K OC to 5.0ghz;
32GB 2x16 DDR4 4400 CL17 MT/s currently at 3600 with lower timings;
RX 6700 XT.

I'm using Vulkan API and the game is in .3ds format, not .CIA installed...

ps: If I increase gamespeed a lot the game runs at crazy high FPS but the game it self is sped up like crazy too

EDIT: Only the 30 FPS 1.0 seems to be working, the true 60 FPS cheat code seems to be wrong.

EDIT2: It seems to be working now, the posted cheat was missing another 0 at the end
