Off-topic, but a couple of years ago I had letters from FACT (or lawyers claiming to represent them) wanting lots of moneys for me using P2P services. I thought it was for a demo my band did. I sent them proof I owned the copyright. It turned out to be for using Steam on my PC and torrenting Ubuntu ISO's. They where trying to extort money out of me for paying for a P2P distribution system and distributing FOSS software. Changed ISP away from BT and never had the problem again, or drastic caps between 12-10pm.
