So I have l;ike 85 games and out of those 5 didn't appear working.

Metroid Prime Trilogy - Reverts me to wii menu (Not homebrechannel;)
One piece unlimited adventure
Silent hill shattered dimensions
Naruto Shippuden Dragon Blade Chronicles

What is going on here, why don't these work..?|

Some of them give a good preview picture with sound while other games miss any info sound and title.. just black preview when launching. Some just freeze, hang, some revert to homebrew channel; and some too real; wii menu.

Metroid Prime Trilogy indeed has to be booted using the embedded alternate .dol's, as for the other games, you'll have to post your SysCheck report before we can advise you.

- One Piece unlimited Adventure has only NTSC video information.
When I played on Disc, I had to patch the video mode manually to see a picture. (but it never rebooted to System menu)

You can patch the video modes directly in Loaders now, how to do it depends which method/loader you are using to play your games.

- Metroid Prime Trilogy is reloading different executable depending on your game's choice.
You should at least see the game's menu where you can select the game to play.
If it returns to System menu when you launch the game, I don't know the problem.
If it returns to System menu when you select your game, then you need either :
1) update your cIOS to at least d2x v7 and use "IOS reload Block"
or
2) use alternative dol loading method to boot directly in the game you want and bypass the selection menu.

- Silent hill shattered dimensions memories, this games doesn't have any problem and should boot fine with any settings.
- Naruto Shippuden Dragon Blade Chronicles, I don't know this game.

In all cases, post a syscheck like Foxi suggested.
You can follow the tutorial in my signature.

you downloaded the games somewhere, right?
I bet they are bad isos.
At least try to verify the isos with WiiBackupManager.

Edit: 80 out of 85 games working definitely tells you something...

I resolved
Metroid Prime Trilogy by using Metroid prime 3 corruption.. sounds too complicated ur solution.. as this means patching the iso and connecting to computer and using software each time u want to switch?

One piece unlimited adventure still need to check if force NTSC will solve it.. this is what you mean I think? and IOS reload Block on ON? not auto?
Silent hill shattered dimensions was faulty and I fixed it..

Naruto Shippuden Dragon Blade Chronicles- game didn't seem that good anyway so that's ok.

What? not at all. Who said anything about patching the ISO?
Alternative dol is a setting in the loaders (you only pick the game you want to start from the loader instead of doing it from the game's internal menu).

You seem to be using USBLoaderGX, so go to Metroid trilogy preferences > Game settings > Alternative dol : ask at launch
Save the settings and now go launch the game, you will be prompted with a choice "Metroid 1" "Metroid 2" "Metroid 3" "Cancel" (cancel = Launch the game without any choice, it will load the internal menu)

One piece unlimited adventure still need to check if force NTSC will solve it.. this is what you mean I think? and IOS reload Block on ON? not auto?
"IOS Reload block" setting is for metroid prime trilogy, not for One piece. On or Auto are doing the same. just keep it to auto and the loader will set it to ON automatically based on your current IOS... if it doesn't work then you probably have an old softmod and either ON or Auto will not work.
For one piece, if forcing it to NTSC is enough then it's fine.

Metroid: your iso is maybe bad.
And you never posted your syscheck. What IOS base/version are you using?

One piece, try this settings:
- video mode: Force PAL480p (or 480i)
- Video dol patch: All
don't touch other settings (keep everything off, except "return to" and ocarina if you want).

It will add the PAL480 mode to the game's internal "compatible mode".
currently, that game only has NTSC, so it doesn't work on PAL console without patching video mode.

I redid my Metroid trilogy iso.. instead of going back to homebrew channel now it takes more time... then it reboots my wii.

For one piece tried ur - video mode: Force PAL480p (or 480i)
- Video dol patch: All

I saw my screen switching to some resolution (my screen informs me of resolution switches)
but still screen stayed black... no crash or reboot though?

Do u mean I need to patch the ISO? or through loader settings should work?

Anyway my syscheck:

You have twice the same cIOS base (base 57 in both slot 249 and 250).
it's common practice to have two different base, and use the slot 249 by default for all games. Base 57 is required for few games only (Call of duty).

Slot 249 : base 56
slot250 : base 57

You have different version of the cIOS, but using the same base.
It's up to you to decide if you really need different version or different base.
The differences between beta52 and beta53 is dual port support.

I you use both USB ports at the same time, you will need beta53.
slot 249: d2x v10 beta53 [base 56]
slot 250: d2x v10 beta53 [base 57]

if you don't need both USB port at the same time, you should use beta52 which has better game (wiiware/VC) compatibility.
slot 249: d2x v10 beta52 [base 56]
slot 250: d2x v10 beta52 [base 57]

IOS249[57] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[57] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta53-alt): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
slot 249: d2x v10 beta53 [base 56]
slot 250: d2x v10 beta53 [base 57]

Hmm I don't care one bit for wiiware/VC.

Now all my games are working.. so this base 57 56 doesn't seem to matter right now?

Only if I want to use both USB... as you say..

so I install d2x-v10-beta53-alt twice then... Will try so. ( I thought I did it correctly before but dunno why it says base 57.. waS quite sure I did 56 )
Anyway Ill; post back when I got my usb working.

base 56 loads Wii games from USB faster than other base.
that's why users prefer this base over 57, but 56 and 57 should have the same compatibility (though, 57 is required for some games).
