I have an R4i.cn version 1.56 w/ the new firmware downloaded. I have downloaded like a kajillion zip files and patches but none of them seem to work.
-After the Xenophobia Logo, I press A and it just becomes a white screen ><

I have an R4 (Firmware 1.18, YSMenu) and I got the XPA patch to work, but I can't save my game. The train controls work fine but every time I save and turn the DS off, it gives me a "Save File Corrupted" error when I start the game up again. I can save, quit, and reload my save but if I shut off the DS then it doesn't work. Anybody know how to fix it?

Your problem has been addressed multiple times...
Get rid of the 1.18 R4 firmware and use YSMenu as a firmware.[*]Copy your games and apps to your PC as a backup.[*]Format your flashcard with the SD Formatter.

Thanks, I tried that before but it freezes on the Nintendo logo screen (after the xpa logo) :S. i'm using the latest sakura, and idk how to disable the SR, cheats, etc... and it seems that is hacked the sav that works with the sakura fw.

New fixed version of RC8 is available. It handle the 1MB save size of this game.

I have this problem too. Tho I dont know where to find this *.xdelta file. I did try google. no luck.
Guess it looks like Ill have to buy the game.

Hi there, I am hoping to get some help here.

I have a pretty old R4ds, the official firmware 1.18, and a patched rom (the md5sum is 7a637e2b505ca95b0f06aaef7e5ea996 if someone could check).
I can start the game (soft reset is off) but when I need to get on the train, the game freezes. It fades to white with link on the train and then it stops.

Had anyone ever have this problem before?

Am I doing something wrong?

I don't understand why everyone complains about the R4DS crashing at the train bit, I have an original one. I backed up my 1.18, and put YSMENU onto it. I patched the game then and VOILA! its working, and I'm well into the game, with 3/4 railmaps obtained.

Apparently the PAL version of "Zelda - Spirit tracks" can be found now

Problem is the xpa patch doesn't work on it - come up with 'Checksum errors'
Guess we have to wait for Xeno to come up with a 'PAL Patch'

I know that we can use the (U) version instead of the PAL version - but Newbies may start posting asking why they can't use patch on the PAL
