    It works for me if I remove 1 "r" or the "a" from bsrar [​IMG]

    Well, rar can be a file extension, but dunno if that's what breaks it...

    EDIT: Seems the URL breaks when you put "rar", "zip", "txt" or something like that on the end, so it does seem a problem with file extensions
    Extensions that break the URLs: zip, rar, pdf, txt, png, gif, swf
    Extensions that don't break them: bmp, doc, 7z

    thanks for the help, i fixed it now, it was indeed a configuration problem.
    i had set up a longer caching period for those file extensions (there are more btw [​IMG] ) but now it's not needed anymore.
    Everything gets cached, except PHP scripts.
