Hacking 4.2e wanting to change shopping region for rockband 2 dlc

I have been looking around to try and find information regarding changing the wii shop channel region to ntsc to allow me to use the dlc in rockband 2 ntsc.

My wii is currently on 4.2e and has bootmii installed.

I was looking at anyregionchanger http://wiibrew.org/wiki/AnyRegion_Changer but it appears to have warnings when on 4.2e.

Please can someone let me know if it is possible to change and if so how?

nope. i think anyregion changer only works with older versions of the shop channel. if you have a nand dump containing an old shop channel, then you might be in luck.

iirc for newer versions on the shop you must first go to shop channel and deactivate your account in the shop settings. After that you can use anyregionchanger to change country/region and then you need to re agree to terms and conditions
