Hacking 4.0 trouble help

i just ran the 4.0 updater, and it stopped at downloading ios 13, downloading content 07, can i turn it off, or what do i do?

Your Internet connection may have dropped out. It it does not come back alive, you do not have a choice but to turn it off. Hope for the best.

okay, forget my last post, i turned it off, retried and everything worked perfectly, i'm on 4.0, now i'm having trouble with playing backups through disc channel, i've set the ios249 through preloader but the games don't play, any help? thanks
