Whenever I turn the 3ds on now it comes with this error
3ds_crash_1301348617.jpg

I can't do anything.
The game inside 3ds isn't detected, wireless is always turned on and can't be turned off and I cant select anything to open. After about 5 seconds that error comes back up.
How do i fix this?

I have tried reformatting sd card and taking game out, but no luck with anything i've tried so far.

Please help me

EDIT: Video link here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bn-LOqnMoXA
as you can see the wireless is on, game card is inserted but nor recognised (street fighter) and it crashes within 5 seconds.

ANother video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WGNrzXoNIE

If i put it in sleep mode, when i open it it still acts as though it is in sleep. The blue light is still going brighter and darker. So I have to hold the power and it turns off...

charge the system WHILE turning on the console and try holding L+R then press the power button again
EDIT: reformat your system as sad as that sounds... if thats your last option.

It crashes once i press settings
Once I hold L+R and press power and that screen comes up about sleep mode, it crashes

I'll contact them, but I can't reformat either. Crashes before i get there

You have a 1 year warranty at wherever the system was purchased by default as provided by the Sale of Goods Act (study this act, it'll be your best friend) and if I recall correctly you have a 3 year warranty with Nintendo under the same act, same goes for all electronics. You need to prove it's a manufacturing defect and therefore 'not suitable for the purpose it was sold for' and not the result of abuse to the system. Using a flashcard would constitute abuse of the system and invalidate your rights.

I've made use of the Sale of Goods Act before when there are disputes about return policies. Dropping its name normally makes most places shit bricks. Learn the terms of the Act and you'll be much better off.

Hmm....take out the SD card OUT of the system then turn it on
while idle insert the SD then take it out again while the system is still powered on
This could be a loading issue.
EDIT: Then insert a ds game, see if it crashes.

Try doing what I said, by taking the SD out while the system is on then inserting it again, then out again
Then by inserting a DS game and see it if crashes.

Do you have any data of the R4 in your logbook? Even if it didn't work you might wanna delete it.
