Hacking 3ds randomly started copying anything i do in emunand in sysnand.

So i had to reformat my emunand i used tinyformat, but now everything i do in emunand (except .cia installs) is copied on the sysnand, including my themes from chmm or anything installed through homebrew. Should i worry? would it be safe to update when the time comes i use a gateway


EDIT: also mset exploit not working anymore, even after trying to reinstall
