Hacking 3ds only flashes the 3d logo and not turning on after repairs.

So i'm new to CFW and homebrew and just homebrewed my 3ds, i recently dropped it and repaired it with the screen of my other 3ds but when i tried to turn it on it only flashes the 3d led and immediately turns off i also tried putting the old screen back but it doesn't work either, what do i need to do to fix it?

A ribbon cable is not properly connected, check again and make sure every cable is connected properly.
