Hacking 3ds not suspending cart?

Hello, I was just wondering why the 3ds isn't suspending my dstwo, I hit the home button (to say, get to the browser and look up things) and it just completely closes me out of the dstwo interface and I Have to start it again.

3DS doesn't suspend DS cartridges or DSiWare. Only 3DS apps and cartridges.
