Hi guys, I have a question about save data. Since my SD card is almost full, i need to delete some of previous games to create more space for installing new ones. Will the savedata still be on the sd card or it will be deleted with game data? Do i need to back up my savedata b4 delete its gamedata? Ty

Yeah I guess it is the cfw, not the loader.. Thought maybe that feature came from the loader, and would be in other cfw. But maybe not? I dunno.. Hence the question... I've got an eevee LL I want to get on The US eshop. Already running US sysnand. With a9lh. But if I switch back to my Jap secureinfo it bricks so...

You can only region change on Emunand I believe.

hi guys, i'm in progress of downgrading my other 10.3 new3DSXL, it is my main 3ds and contains all my data, ambassador, and 6000+ streetpass tags, perfect mii plaza game etc.

All i'd like to know is, if i downgrade it 10.3 -> 9.2, then setup a9lh. Will i lose all those datas? especially my precious mii plaza data. is there any way to backup mii plaza data? thanks

If you do everything right you'll be able to retain everything.

IIRC, yes. Just use SaveDataFiler or something to backup the saves

Hey guys, i have my 3DS with Rxtools and it used to launch when i turned my 3ds on, however now it doesn't! and it's kind of anoying to open the website in order to start the RX tools, i don't know why this happened, i only changed my theme and created the spot pass files for some games.
This is a picture of my SD files, could someone help me? maybe a file went corrupted or something like that

You uninstalled menuhax (the entrypoint you used to boot rxtools) when you changed your theme.
Try installing menuhax again in your sysnand.

I would like to import gba Cia files on the emunand from my Gateway, but Gateway doesn't support that and I understood CFW's does.

If you installed a custom theme using CHMM2, then that just erased your menuhax, which was probably what you were using. Re-install menuhax

It wasn't a custom theme it was a standard one, the ones nintendo gives you at the start, standart black, red, blue and white

1. No, but don't install any DSiWare CIAs, or you will brick your system. That's what happened to mine.

So i've my 3DS XL with HBL but NOTHING ELSE. I've installed some Legit Cia (from the help from users here, thanks again !) and now i want to do something in order to have everything complete : Find a good savegame manager o/ !

I've found this one that could be perfect :

It seems that he works with secure value (for Animal Crossing that i'm gonna play a lot) but you can install it, this way i can stop to use my OOTHax.
But i want to be sure : It's a .cia that you can install like a Legit Cia or you need Emunand ?

It's a homebrew cia, which means it's unsigned. You won't need emuNAND to run it, but you will need CFW.

I think svdt can deal with secure values.

Out of curiosity, is there a specific reason why you're avoiding CFW? It makes things way easier in the long run.

I've 9 3DS (2DS / New / Old / Collector) so I want to find different use for every 3DS.
I've some with rxtools, some with spider, some updated, some with HBL etc
And on this New 3DS XL I just wanted to have something absolutly clean so a savemanager that I could install as a legit cia was a dream haha

I wanna go to the E-Shop and since I cant use HANS anymore, i wanna update the System.
Can I still using the Menu-Theme Access for Homebrew or will it be gone?

Note: I got zero experience with sysNAND or emuNAND.

Edit: Got Access to E-Shop, due to update my homebrew starter kit, but my e-shop crashs after a few seconds. Normal?

Menu-Theme Homebrew Access = menuhax

Before you update the system, you will have to uninstall menuhax first. Just change the theme in HOME Menu Theme Settings.

Just downgraded from 10.7 to 9.2 and my question is now what? Did this so I could use save editors on any game given how the ones that could be used on 10.7 didn't work on a couple. Anyone point me in the right direction?
Also wondering if putting my digital games' files from the 10.7 version back on the SD card will work.
