hello i just needed help from #3dshacks like said in this guide. but they have some quiz with very hard question, so i just asked why they do that and doint remove it because we new to 3ds people dont know questions but they become very angry and then banned me but i did nothing! if you need help ill create a skype group where we will help without need of not friendly people. just pm me

With the influx of noobs not knowing what to do, they implemented this quiz to check that you have basic problem solving skills. They even say that if you don't know the answers that you can just search it up.

Excuse me but it seems my question was forgotten. I'm not any specialist, only a player without much knowledge about how this thing even works. Sorry for repeating:

I'm using gateway and everything was always working perfectly but now some games decided to stop this glorious tradition. It's Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon and Bravely Second. Do they have anything in common aside for being quite new that could make them impossible to open? It looks like they're loading but everything just freezes at that point.
I've got the newest version of gateway so that shouldn't be a problem. Or at least I copied the files from it to the memory card with saves and chose to update it on the 3ds while entering gateway mode, it's possible it might not be everything I should've done. It might also have something to do with .cia files, I'm only using games in .nds version. So my question is: what should I do to make theese games work? Thanks in advance for answering my noobish question.

Hey, i'm completely new to the 3DS scene. Can i post some questions in here? If not i'm sorry. I've read tons of FAQs etc. but things got a little too much for me and i'm a tad confused

What is the difference of using a CFW and a Flashcard? My main aim is to play 3DS games.

1. Is it better to get a new 3DS with a 9.20 Firmware if i have the option?
2. Can i play games online with both (which is less complicated? What about the bans?)
3. what would be the best flashcard?
4. Also is it somehow possible to play old DS roms as well?

1: Yeah, IF you have the option get one with 9.2 because otherwise you would have to downgrade (which isnt hard but sometimes frustrating).
2: Just use a CFW
3: Like I said, use a CFW but if you really want a flashcard get a gateway

EDIT: You won't get banned unless you cheat or use out of region games online.
