hey everyone, i have an american 3ds and an european one, is there any way to change the region of either one? i want to change it to be able to play triforce heroes, star fox and fire emblem awakening online beetwen the consoles, or is there any other way to do it?
I accidentally updated my O3ds from 9.8 to 10.6 because i thought it would just update to 10.3. Is there a way how i can access homebrew channel or anything? I have a copy of OoT.
I can't use HANS with CtrBootManager. I go to the Homebrew Launcher from emuNAND and start HANS with Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission 2 (JPN), but it takes me back to CtrBootManager. So when I start Cakes or ReiNAND, it gives me a Black and red screen. Fix?
Hello everyone! I'm currently trying to extract a .cia so I can change some stuff in the RomFS and then rebuild and install it. I'm very confused as to how I would handle this. I followed this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-decrypt-extract-and-rebuild-a-cia.388677/ and got an ExtractedRomFS folder and I added the files I wanted into the RomFS. I don't know how to rebuild it from here...I'm currently running RomFS Builder (https://github.com/SciresM/RomFS-Builder/releases) on the folder, but I really don't know what I have to do to rebuild this into an installable .cia...? I'm just trying to add the this back into the .cia (http://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=60728&page=1). So essentially I want to extract the .cia, add the files to the RomFS, and then rebuild the .cia with the edited RomFS, and then install the .cia. Major thanks to anyone who can help me out with this! 
I don't see why not. I can use my DSTwo flashcart in my emuNAND.
Set up emuNAND on the N3DS and system transfer from O3DS emuNAND to N3DS emuNAND. I'm pretty sure the process will format the O3DS emuNAND for you at the end as part of the process.
If you have a Power Saves device you can install the exploit to access HBL. There is a rather poor video floating around on YouTube about it. It is what I have used as a backup.

No because CIAs don't use headers. Just don't cheat online and you'll be good to go.

Thanks, didn't know if they were the brains behind the downgrade stuff. I'm fine with it since I now own the only N3ds game I wanted & don't need to use my gateway *game + powersave & I'm set*. Can't wait for it though.
It was homebrew devs that created the downgrade stuff, not Gateway. Gateway is reportedly working on a safer way to downgrade, but they didn't come up with the idea.
I really need to know if downgrading and gaining custom firmware will erase my SwapNote messages. I have some nice things in there >w>

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
