Okay so while in emuNAND on 10.4 I installed the super smash bros cia and installed the required update for online play. After the fact and before try to play the game I'm realizing that may have been stupid. Could I get banned or what's at risk? Should I uninstall something or is it safe to play online? Thanks.

I'm in the process of downgrading so can install a Custom Firmware and I was told that I should unlink my NNID so I can still keep all my DLCs and such and still be able to purchase them, when exactly in the process would I do that?

1: Will an eShop app/game that is actually an unsigned CIA appear in the Redownloadable Software menu?
2: If someone with streetpass passes by me playing an unsigned CIA title (app/game/emulator), will it appear in their StreetPass Mii Plaza?

Its worth nothing i deleted neo X/Y cias prior to installing the original version again.

I've used Sky3ds+ to run CubicNinja in order to install NinjHax.
I just want to run HANS so that I can take screenshots. The problem is that after getting into HANS I can't select the game that I wish to play because CubicNinja is what is open now.
Is there a way to cycle through games on the Sky3ds while I'm in this HANS menu??

Is there a way to minimize HBL and then switch my Sky3ds to the game I want?

If you're already on 9.2 or below firmware, there's a tutorial for rxTools here.
If you're between 9.3 and 10.3 firmware, there's a tutorial for downgrading here.
If you're on 10.4 firmware, you won't be able to install CFW.

Ok, then you're good to go! Follow the rxTools tutorial to get CFW set up.

You'll download the files to your computer. After that, you'll need to place certain files on the root of your 3DS's SD card.

No, an SD card is not a flashcart like an R4. Every 3DS has an SD card inside of it.

sorry if this has been asked a thousand times, I don't want to make a thread just for this:

I accessed eShop perfectly from the hax app on a N3DS with emunand 10.3, but when I tried to access it on another N3DS with sysnand on 9.9 it gives me an error.

so, I think that means the method doesn't work on 9.9, right? is there a way I can access it on that N3DS? I don't want to downgrade that system just right now
