FBI: go to the cia on your SD card and press install.

Gateway is a flashcart for the 3ds, similar to R4 is for the DS.
I'm not sure myself since I don't have gateway, but It comes with it own CFW you can use for your system.

CFW stands for custom firmware, and goes on top of your firmware version to play games without a real signature.

I'll try to help you the best that I can, although there are a couple terms that I'm not quite sure of.
I'm not quite sure about the "linker" or "3DS wheel" myself, could you explain that or show us what they are?

As far as your other two questions go,
1) here is a link to RxTools (http://www.rxtools.net/#!howto and see also the post above this one, it has some CFW guides as well)
2) no, you can play online with a CFW with minimal risk if you use .CIA files or use private headers (from a game cartridge that you personally own, ideally bought new and not used)

So iam trying toget NNIND to work on reinand 10.3, tried to backup emunand > format > login nintendo id > restore everything.

But i keep getting the errorcode: 022-2634.

Is there any solution?
