Right. I got everything up to the emuNAND step, and upgraded RX-E 9.0 to RX-E 10.3. Now what's weird is that when I try to link my NNID (on emuNAND), it gives me an error code, saying I need a system update. I also can't access E-Shop as well, albeit with the error code 022-2634. Don't know what's up.

and here is your fix

If you get the "022-2634" when trying to access the eShop on the latest EmuNAND, try this (thanks to @Nestar):

1. Backup your emuNAND.
2. Backup all emuNAND files (ticket.db etc.) with rxTools.
3. Backup the content of your SD card.
4. Format emuNAND.
5. Recover your SD card content and boot rxTools in emuNAND.
6. Update to 10.3.0-28X and boot into emuNAND again.
7. Go to system settings and to NNID at the top; follow instructions.
8. Boot emuNAND and start the eShop; simply restart the 3DS if it keeps looping after the password input.
9. Once in the eShop, close it and shut down.
10. Recover your whole SD card once more. *
11. Inject emuNAND backup.
12. Inject all emuNAND file backups.
13. Start the eShop in emuNAND and it should refresh your software.
14. And now you should have emuNAND eShop access without any loss ofStreetPass/Save/Friend/etc. data.

PLEASE HELP...I have got my N3ds downgraded to 9.2, awesome!, I have RXtools installed and everything is working great BUT I just have a couple questions. How can I play my actual purchased copy of YoKai Watch when it asks me to update to 9.9? Also one other question, how do I access the eshop? Everytime i try it says I need to update to do it. Thanks so much to whoever helps me with the questions!

Boot into rxmode emuNAND, then update the emuNAND if you already haven't. After update, reboot your console and boot in to rxmode emuNAND again. This time you can play your game [If it still asks you to update. Then you should be fine to update the game from emuNAND]

Same, you can access E-shop from rxmode emuNAND

I think that appears as a system title, so you can't do it through SDF

i dont think you can . . . unless you count cloning and restoring your emunand
edit: . . . no there has to be a way . . . you can give your miis gold pants . . . . so why not back them up as well?

i did not exactly figure it out but i think i found you some clues read this post and the and the response below it in its thread

Just a note to anyone with an N3DS, 10.3 emuNAND is now possible via a new beta build of ReiNAND. A tutorial is available on this thread. Note that it is a beta build and may not be 100% stable.

Did you make sure to do this step?:

You will need to go to the "Nintendo 3DS/<id0>/<id1>/dbs/" directory on your SD card and create empty "title.db" and "import.db" files. Then, go to System Settings -> Data Management -> Nintendo 3DS -> Software on your 3DS and let it repair the database files.

I got a new micro sd for my n3ds. I'm trying to transfer everything over but as i'll need emuNAND, how would i go about setting it up? I'm trying to boot up the homebrew launcher in sysNAND however my new micro sd is recieving an error, the system claims the microsd could not be accessed.

I don't believe the sd card is incompatible as i have seen a few others using the same on these forums. (It's a 64gb sandisk ultra microsdxc)

I have cubic ninja so my way of loading the homebrew menu will be done from there however cubic ninja cannot detect the boot.3dsx.

I formatted my microsd to fat32 before i put anything on it if that means anything?

Hello I'm getting a black screen with ds flascard and retail cards after installing ds whitelist and the TWL_firm v1489 on a new 3ds 9.2.
any solutions? i read that formatting from system settings fix this, is it true?

I used a disk image tool to transfer to the stuff over, including emuNAND as suggested in the pinned tutorial on the customfirmware and homebrew section of the forums. When resizing the partition i kept getting an error. I decided to have windows check the micro sd for errors and it claimed it repaired something.
Everything is working fine now, though thanks for your help!
