are the files inside corrupted?Yes thanks. I'll get an official Nintendo one. But is there a way to save the Nintendo 3DS folder on the SD card? I can't copy that

What are you using to copy it?So I checked on the PC and it seems I can't copy over the Nintendo 3DS folder
Just Windows, but I'm thinking the files are corrupted. But I can try the copier.
whoa wtf i never heard of this before this changes everything
yeah my bad i should've specified, while i have the yellow 256gb, it works fine but id suggest going for no larger than 32gb as you'll suffer slowdown with the 256gb, also make sure it's formatted to FAT32 using a program called "GUI Format" and make sure the cluster size while in the program is set to "32KB"Couldn't find SD cards for 3DS specific, so it's alright to get the official Nintendo SD cards for Switch? To use with my New 3DS ofcourse.
I doubt Nintendo has their own facility for producing SD cards, An SD card from Nintendo is probably functionally indistinguishable from cards from other brands – aside from the price, of course.Couldn't find SD cards for 3DS specific, so it's alright to get the official Nintendo SD cards for Switch? You're using the card in a microSD->SD adapter in your 3DS XL, aren't you? Possibly something in the adapter is making better contact with the SD card than the SD card slot in your New 3DS.What is this wizardry that the 16GB that doesn't work on my New 3DS, can't do anything with the Nintendo 3DS folder as I tried to copy without luck, but the SD card works on my old 3DS XL. I don't understand.

Yes, that could be. I don't know. The Nintendo 3DS folder was really corrupted though, so the 3DS menu and games wouldn't read the SD card, but the Homebrew Launcher could.I doubt Nintendo has their own facility for producing SD cards, An SD card from Nintendo is probably functionally indistinguishable from cards from other brands – aside from the price, of course.
Just make sure you test whatever card you get with h2testw before you start using it.

i only suggested it due to my own experience with it but if you have any better ideas respectfully, please shareNo point of wasting money on SD card that has Nintendo logo on them, beside they aren't Nintendo brand, they are third party brand like Sandisk.
from what i can gather the 3ds encrypts Mario Makers files so you can't share them between multiple systems so the only way to transfer it is a full system transfer in the system settings, i don't doubt that it's possible via some method that involves having a modded system but i also can't say that I'm sure unless it's existence is brought to my attention.Thank you. I keep that in mind.
I copied my Nintendo 3DS folder that was used on my other SD card to my working SD card using the copier, but Super Mario Maker 3DS still gives the error message another SD card has been linked so every level will be deleted...
What does it check for then?

Edit - the 3DS created another string of numbers inside the 3DS folder when I inserted it on my old XL back then. Oh well. Let's see how long I can use the 8GB car then.

i didn't suggest that card for the logo alone but because i've had great luck with those cards, nothing moreIt is better off to use 64kb cluster if you have a larger SD card like 256GB, 512GB. There is a differences in booting with 32kb vs 64 kb cluster even though 64kb slightly take up more space. As for Nintendo logo SD card why waste extra money on something you are not going to look at, no point of wasting extra money just for some logo on the SD card.
It uses some variety of Anti Savegame Restore, aka Secure Value – basically synchronizing the save data with a value stored in the NAND. I'm not entirely sure what the best way to correct it would be. Usually you would just have to back up and restore the save data with Checkpoint, or alternatively delete the secure value in the NAND using FBI. But OCDM is probably the first thing to try:I copied my Nintendo 3DS folder that was used on my other SD card to my working SD card using the copier, but Super Mario Maker 3DS still gives the error message another SD card has been linked so every level will be deleted...
At the risk of stating the obvious, the Homebrew Launcher doesn't touch the "Nintendo 3DS" folder.Yes, that could be. I don't know. The Nintendo 3DS folder was really corrupted though, so the 3DS menu and games wouldn't read the SD card, but the Homebrew Launcher could.
Thank you. I actually just went ahead before this was posted and it seems the course data from official worlds even shown in the course bot are saved on the cartridge. my guess is this is one of the main reasons people suggest obtaining a legal copy of a game rather than using hshop besides piracy, as you have no idea where those roms were obtained from, as i've heard a similar thing happened with someone who downloaded the debug build of pokemon X on thereWhen playing the EUR version of etrian odissey V downloaded from the hshop on my new 2ds XL i've encountered the first enemy after retrieving a lost bag , the upper screen became all black and the screen below with the map Froze along with the 3ds...
No luma error popped up , but i had to reboot manually since even with using the luma hotkeys nothing happened...
