Potentially a very silly question as I haven't touched my 3DS or followed the 3DS scene in a while, but recently, I've seen 3DS' selling for relatively pretty high prices, has something happened over the past few months that has resulted in the increased popularity of secondhand 3DS (particularly New 3DSXLs)?

yes primarily for the following reasons:

- 3DS Eshop Closure
- Nintendo Network Shut down

Both topics as well of the realization that the vast majority of the library may not have a re-relaease anytime soon, people typically target the N3DSXL firstly because of it's upgraded processing power and it overall being the full package when it comes to owning a 3DS console, People have been on the move about either preserving the media for the console or pirating, the game modding scene is still slow as a lot of tools are either lost or not at all made public for unknown reasons, and up to date tutorials for how to do so being very out there to find and or non existent, mario kart is really the only booming scene for 3ds game modding, this is overall just giving you a summary of the scene entirely, some things i have not touched on is the nintendo network revival: pretendo but that's a whole can of worms i'm not willing to put my hands in tbh. hope this helps!

OK so, just restored my SD Card by fully formatting it. However, it seems I don't have FBI over the health and safety app. Luma works, so it's still hacked.
So how to put FBI over Health safety app? I'm on latest version 3DS, thanks.

its not overly needed to be like that anymore. But the 3ds.hacks.guide site does have under gm9 usage how to inject fbi into h&s

because it's easy to list anything at any price you want, it doesn't mean it will sell at that price or that it's the going rate

Why not just run FBI from the Home menu, or from the Homebrew Launcher?

i had to do this yesterday because of the recent corruption of my SD, it's a very straightfoward process primarily
for getting you all hooked up with the go to homebrew apps and whatnot.

Thank you. I did the Rosalina Menu method to replace hs with hb Launcher and installed FBI from there. Much easier. Totally forgot about that lol

- It has Luma3DS v7.1-cf0b05e2 installed in CRTNAND, but if I press start, it crashes with dump in processor ARM9 and message "data abort". It doesn't show option "press A to save crash dump" and it is necessary to long press power button to power it off
- If a SD card is inserted, It doesn't matter if it has a boot.firm file or not, the blue LED turns on and off in a matter of 1 second.
Any ideas to fix the console, or it can be considered bricked?

I have followed all the steps in the guide, but the moment I turn on the console with an SD inserted, the blue LED turns off the second after turning on, it seems that it does so regardless of what is recorded inside the SD

It is entirely possible it is failing to read your SD card. Perhaps you should try a different one (after making sure it is properly formatted).

I'm trying to do Pretendo stuff, but when I open the NNID settings in the System Settings, it just spits out: "Error Code: 022-5432 An error has occurred. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please make a note of the error code and visit support . nintendo . com." Is there a way to fix it or is my 3DS just never gonna use Juxtaposition again? (TL;DR: Trying to do Pretendo stuff, settings spits out error code 022-5432. Can you fix it?)

To fix 022-5432, open Nimbus and switch to Nintendo Network profile. Then, open the eShop and close it. Then, open Nimbus again and switch to your Pretendo Network profile and it should work.

Pretendo has a dedicated forum at https://forum.pretendo.network which allows users to ask questions about issues (I will disclose that I am a staff member on Pretendo's forums).

Solved it somehow. If people had a similar issue with 1 3DS cartridge per system, FBI can delete save data from the cartridge if the A+B+X+Y trick doesn't work.

And now the cartridge will work again and if it already worked, it doesn't prompt about the game being used on another 3DS system.

Your edited post lacks context. Were you referring to a Mario Maker cart?

Actually to a Tetris Ultimate cart.
Super Mario Maker works fine. It could just delete the data in game to be able to use it. I just wanted to delete the post, but I guess you can't, oh well.

Hello! while using twilight menu on my 3DS, Solatorobo: Red the Hunter does not work and stays on a white screen on boot, it works on my DSi with the same settings so I'm not sure what to do.

- they're both on the latest version of TWLM++ (v27.9.0) & NDS BS (v2.0.1)
- SD cards are both fine (tested w/ H2Testw), formatted to FAT32, with the recommended cluster size (32kb)
- using the same ROM across both consoles
- tried reinstalling TWLM++
Game settings:
"Language: Default
Run in: DS Mode
ARM9 CPU Speed: 67mhz (NTR)
VRAM Mode: DS mode
Card Read DMA: Off
Asynch Card Read: Off
Bootstrap: Release"
