That all means nothing. Have you actually tested those cards to see how they were? If they are faulty in any way you are going to get upset once data start corrupting.

SDHC 32GB card wont show up on my pc as a drive letter, says there's some error with it, can't access the files.
However I can still boot it up in my 3ds (it's running luma, boot9strap, ntrboot) and play cia files etc.

First thing to try is a different computer and/or SD-reader and/or operating system.
If you have an FTP server on your 3DS or one of the “New” device series with the built-in SMB server you might be able to copy your data (very slowly) to the computer over WiFi.
You can also try to install an FTP server with FBI using Boop or by providing a download URL manually or with QR-code.
However, if there is some file system corruption anything that writes to the SD may make the problem worse.

Follow the completing setup guide on 3ds.hacks.guide to make the console boot without the SD card.
Then, if you can, insert a spare SD card and back up your NAND, just in case.
I recommend getting h2testw and using it to test your initial SD card AFTER you've verified that the console boots without it.
EDIT: Oops, forgot one thing. Can you give us the exact (word for word) error message?
And also, try reading it in your phone provided it can do that. If it can, copy all the data off and format. Then move the card to your computer and do a long format.

I need help.....i have a 3ds with CFW ...and i recently installed Twlight menu to play ds games i was on fbi and was trying to install some cias but there were some errors then my 3ds crashed so i took ut the sd card and restarted my 3ds and all my installed games and apps were gone exept twlight menu even fbi and homebrew launcher isn't there but they can be uninstalled in the system settings what do i do please help

You could try to convert the missing games to cias using godmode9. If you are interested i can tell you how to do that.

It’s a gender-swap Mod which relies on safe games. My problem is, that I just don’t know how to run the safefiles for JKSM. Since the mod is already two years old there could be some changes which aren’t listend on the instruction.
Is there somebody who can help me?

Okay here is what you do.
step:1 Enter godmode9 You should see a list of directories navigate to the directory labeled
[A:] SYSNAND SD
step:2 Once you have entered the following directory you should see a list of folders enter the folder labeled title
step:3 In this folder there should be a list of folders with varying names such as "00040000" enter the folder at the top of this list now you should see a even longer list of folders these folders contain your app data enter any one of these folders
step:4 Now enter the folder labeled content once in this folder you should see a list of files select the first file on the list that has the .app extension now down on the bottom screen on you 3ds there should be a list of options select NCCH image options... if you wish to see what title you are about to make a cia of simply select Show Title info
step:5 To build a cia of the app simply select Build cia from file options now wait for the process to complete once it has ended in 0:/gm9/out there should be a cia in rename it to something smaller if you like okay now to install the cia's i have only used twilight menu once so if you can install cia's with that then by all means do it but i will show you how to do it with fbi
step:6 Power on your 3ds and enter a random app such as Download Play now access the Rosaline menu and select Miscellaneous options select Switch the hb. title to the current app. now press home close the suspended software and enter it again you should have booted up the homebrew launcher now scroll down the list to fbi select it and install the cias. i hope this helps you if you have any questions enter them below thank you.

Again as was mentioned earlier, reinstalling all the dumped CIAs will deleted @Surfingbird's entire game savedata. This method in relisting or rebuilding the database should be avoided.
