So I currently have 2 3ds.

A NON CFW N3DS and a CFW N3DS.

The CFW N3DS is filled with mods and the likes but I want to transfer my legitimate NNID over to my CFW one.

I heard that it's simply doing a system transfer and then restoring the pre format/transfer NAND of the CFW 3ds and then relogging back in.

Can anyone confirm this is correct or is this a great way to fuck up my NNID.

You can't transfer from an N3DS to an old 3DS. You can however call Nintendo and ask them to move it over (you could say you dropped your N3DS in water for example).

On the github page for pksm the qr codes there are just to update to current version, right? Because if they were to install that would be amazing.

Well I got 3ds on 2.1.0-4U Which is a rare firmware? People told me use emunand don't update the 3ds what should I do? Keep the 2.1.0-4U firmware? or is not possible?

Just follow https://3ds.guide. There is no reason to stay on low firmware these days.

Regarding downloading games, I have the micro SD-card that came with the console, in the SD-slot, and then I have another 32GB micro SD-card in my R4i-cartridge. So when I download games is it possible for me to choose in which SD-card I want to save my games?

3ds games on the console's sd and ds games on the flashcard's sd. You should probably just switch them so that the 32gb one is in the console.

Someone just asked me, is it possible to play DS games on a N3DS after installing boot9strap?

If not possible via software, would the Acekard2i work as a DS flashcard for a hacked 3DS?

The flashcard is the best solution. There is TWLoader, but it hasn't got the best compatibility

So there is no working browser? Then you'll need to get an ntrboot-compatible flashcard.

Can't install the browser without an internet update (which would update you to the latest) or access to CFW already.

Buy a DS flashcart. If it is compatible with ntrboot then follow https://3ds.guide/ntrboot
If not, then use your game cartridge to update to 4.x then follow https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(MSET)

Either way you will need a DS flashcart. But because your firmware is so low you can also use the MSET way so you don't have to make sure the flashcart is ntrboot capable.
