actually your use of armloderhax as an entrypoint tells me that you are running an outdated version of luma my suggestion to you is to do the steps here A9LH to B9S - 3DS Guide![]()

Also, just FYI to @HyeVltg3, once you update to the latest version of Luma with B9S (9.x), you have to update your firmware to the latest for all online features.actually your use of armloderhax as an entrypoint tells me that you are running an outdated version of luma my suggestion to you is to do the steps here A9LH to B9S - 3DS Guide
Perfect I was just following this guide, I assumed by the downloading of cleanup_sd_card.gm9 I would need to format the sd card so Im just backing it all up at the moment. 56GBs takes a bit of time =Dactually your use of armloderhax as an entrypoint tells me that you are running an outdated version of luma my suggestion to you is to do the steps here A9LH to B9S - 3DS Guide
Awesome, thank you for this, this Question was on my mind about Yes/No Online/Co-Op play? and how. Also, just FYI to @HyeVltg3, once you update to the latest version of Luma with B9S (9.x), you have to update your firmware to the latest for all online features.
Yes, use GodMode9 to restore it if you want to (you shouldn't need to).Sorry before, i hope this correct place to ask my dumb question.
I have O3DS XL SysNAND 4.2.0-9U [Non-CFW] and backed up with 3DS Gateway. Later i upgraded it to CFW Luma3ds 9.0 with Sys11.6.0-39U.
After changing to CFW, i forgot to backup Sysnand 4.2.0-9U in CFW before i update 3ds firmware.
My question :
Can i roll back to 4.2.0-9U again with my backed up without hardmod?
Can i just use Decrypt9 with backed up NAND.bin (official one, not the nand cfw one)?
Thank and sorry for can't speak english well
You should be able to use your console as normal. You will only run into small difficulties if you need to play out of region gamesPerfect I was just following this guide, I assumed by the downloading of cleanup_sd_card.gm9 I would need to format the sd card so Im just backing it all up at the moment. 56GBs takes a bit of time =D

saved me for asking another Q.
depends are you giving it to a child . . . if so i would get rid of (& back up on pc) all of it . . . if not then thats just your homebrewShould I keep any of these Folders/files?
this is in SD:\3ds\ folder

Virtual nand is just a partition on your SD card with imaged files, etc. You were probably moving from emunand to sysnand. Yes your edit statement should be accurate.Oh no just updating to the current "scene"
thanks for the heads up, I didnt want to run into any issues if Luma pulls anything from here or something.
EDIT: I assume if I have no E: EMUNAN VIRTUAL, it means I dont have an EmuNAND?
Did you copy the arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma 7.0.5 archive to your sd and SafeB9SInstaller.bin to /luma/payloadsI think the 3ds-guide is missing a part, When I press Start at boot, I cannot get into the Luma Chainloader, only goes back to GodMode9.
Do I need to uninstall(?) GM9?
I don't know what you mean by a "home" version? You should already be running Luma. To get homebrew you can inject the homebrew launcher in Download Play, you would probably have done this already while following finalizing-setup. You can also install a standalone version if you want, the cia is here https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releasesHey everyone! I'm new here; I just got a lot of help from zoogie here who helped me get started on my New 3DS XL. Now I'm trying to finish up the pieces. I now have FBI, and a form of Luma 3DS. What I'm trying to do is get a 3DS "home" version of Luma and Homebrew as well. If anyone can help, or let me know how then thank you!
Yes, just like the guide.Did you copy the arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma 7.0.5 archive to your sd and SafeB9SInstaller.bin to /luma/payloads
Can you screenshot the sd root and /luma/payloadsYes, just like the guide.
Luma is the boot.firm file, so you already have Luma correctly setup. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Here is the SD root. The luma doesnt have a payload on my file, only config.bin
That's just Luma updater, it isn't important. You can download the cia here https://github.com/KunoichiZ/lumaupdate/releasesI want Luma on the 3DS desktop; the little light blue star
