Ctrnand failed to mount after i follow this guide from youtube

Don't follow video guides. You should be following https://3ds.guide

If you were following the guide we would have a better idea how to help you. As it is, the best guess is follow https://3ds.guide/ctrtransfer

You don't have to (if something doesn't work for you in future then the first thing people are going to tell you to do is update) but there's no benefit to staying on 11.4.

You need to place safeb9sinstaller into luma payloads. When you do that you will see both the payloads to choose from. and no that sdcard cleanup is option if ya want.

Thanks I updated my bootStarp now to 1.3 so can i delete the SafeB9IInstaller on payload so that directly will load GodMode the next time I hold Start? Or is it ok to keep both.?

Im wanting to get a flashcard from nds-card. I wanted to know if they are updating. I was told that the flashcards are supposed to have updates and a fake one wont and force you to buy more.
I just want to make sure this is what I want before spending 20 bucks on it.

the problem is when i removed my sd card my new 3ds not working
The console isn't SUPPOSED to work without an SD card unless you copy the boot.firm to your CTRNand which you would have done if you followed the proper guide.
What's the problem with your system (other than what's supposed to happen). Also, stop trying the suggestions here that were meant for others, you're only going to make your problem worse. Take the time to fully explain the trouble you're having, what you've done, and we can help you.

Getting frustrated, ignoring replies and trying to uninstall CFW isn't doing anything for you. Uninstall it if you want to, that's your choice but I honestly don't understand why you did it in the first place if you don't know what you're doing.

I recently picked up the new Samus edition 3DS XL and an R4i Gold 3DS RTS flashcard. After finally getting my SD card formatted properly (which was a pain in itself), I proceeded to install ntrboot with no issues. After the install I powered my DS off then put the boot9strap files on my SD card, put it back into the flash cart and am unable to proceed. Holding the magnet in place while pressing X, start, select and power does nothing other than make the power indicate come on briefly. Also, my cards usual Japanese Konami logo with the girl on it is missing entirely and is replaced instead with a message saying "There is nothing inserted into the Game Card slot." Any and all help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!!! :) P.S. Although this is my first attempt ever at modding a Nintendo handheld, I am familiar with system modding in general, i.e.; XBOX 360, PSP, PS Vita, etc...

probably a dumb question. But here goes. The 3ds.guide option with the r4 flashcard. Does this mean i get all the benefits in the end as when i do it on firm 11.3 or lower? and after it guide is done will it work the same without the r4 inserted?

You should have put the files to the sd card inside the console, not the flashcard.

There is no internal SD card whatsoever, if there is it is hidden pretty damn well. lol

I mean, there is an internal card but I have no idea how to get to it on my 3DS. The new Samus edition I have doesn't have a spot where it's visibly accesible.

It's under the screws: http://en-americas-support.nintendo...89/~/how-to-remove-an-sd-card-or-microsd-card
You can also use microSD management in system settings -> data management, but it's really best to physically put it to the PC.

Thank you so very much Uumas! I'm restoring my flashcard atm, everything is going smoothly thus far. :) They REALLY NEED to specify on 3ds guide the difference between the system SD and the flashcard SD... That would have saved me so much time and trouble, lol.
