What happens when you boot the 3dsI tried that and it didn't work lol. What should I do now? I'm using the method on 3ds.guide where I install bott9strap through Homebrew.

The blue light flashes but then fades. I tried that when I had all of the contents on my SD card but since that didn't work I just removed everything from it because it didn't work. What happens when you boot the 3ds
Do you possibly have arm9loaderhax on it still? You could try putting Luma 7.0.5 arm9loaderhax.bin to the SD rootThe blue light flashes but then fades.
I don't think so. Does this have to do with putting something on my sd card and is there a guide to that?Do you possibly have arm9loaderhax on it still? You could try putting Luma 7.0.5 arm9loaderhax.bin to the SD root
Would that fix my 3ds and then I could update to boot9strap from there?Do you possibly have arm9loaderhax on it still? You could try putting Luma 7.0.5 arm9loaderhax.bin to the SD root
Get Luma versions 8.1.1 and 7.0.5 from here: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/I don't think so. Does this have to do with putting something on my sd card and is there a guide to that?
Once I do that, should I follow this:Get Luma versions 8.1.1 and 7.0.5 from here: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/
Copy boot.firm from the 8.1.1 archive to the root of your sd card
Copy arm9loaderhax.bin from the 7.0.5 archive to the root of your sd card
After this your 3ds should boot
No. First test if it works.Once I do that, should I follow this:

All I have on my SD card is literally two things. (boot.firm and arm9loaderhax.bin) Do I have to add anything else?Ok. So you have arm9loaderhax. Update to b9s by following https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s

I now have boot9strap. I'm on 11.2 currently. Is it safe to system update to 11.5 with Old 3ds?Ok. So you have arm9loaderhax. Update to b9s by following https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s

As you also stated that your 3ds didnt boot when your sd card was wiped. Means that you likely do not have a CTRNand in place. I see a lot of people who tend to skip this step. Its quite simple and fast to stick the payload on there so that if your SD card ever faults in the future your system will still boot without one.I don't have a luma payloads folder...
