Well if you followed the 3ds guide then health and safety should have been restored after hacking with luma and arm9l.

arc13's fork of freeShop is not on TitleDB, to my knowledge. You'll have to scan the QR code (with FBI) found on the first post of arc13's freeShop thread to install it, if that's what you're after.

I know, it's just that my freeshop has been crashing whenever I press start. So I downloaded the latest Luma Legacy and deleted the freeshop folder from my /3ds/data/ folder. So I now, to my knowledge, must download it from TitleDB.

...The crash you are experiencing is supposed to happen. The app is programmed to close when you press Start. You do not need to download anything from TitleDB because the fork of freeShop is not on TitleDB, nor do you need to download the version currently found on TitleDB. You didn't even need to download the latest Luma legacy.

That's odd, because TitleDB on my cell phone just showed the author was Cruel, so I assumed it was still Cruel's version there. And at the time, arc13 didn't want his fork on TitleDB yet.

It should automatically update. You probably won't have to get rid of Luma legacy, but if you do, just install the latest stable version with Luma Updater.
