I see. It's happening with my Pokemon Moon cartridge too maybe someone has some idea.

Edit: Visiting eShop didn't fix the digital titles either.

did you visit the page that your cia games were on? or just the eshop homescreen?

I have an 11.3.E old3DS and I don't really understand all the CFW stuff :-( I know it's interesting for installing CIA , unbanning yourself and cool stuff like that. I have a sky3ds+ and I installed the Ninjhax Hbrw.
So I have some questions
What's the safest and most updated CFW available for my 3DS? what's Luma? What's boot9strap? Sighax? Will I be able to update to 11.4 when I install the CFW? what's Sysnand? Emunand? What do I need to install the CFW (specific files, sd card, ...)? Do you recommend a guide or a tuto for my case? ^^

Hey all, about my earlier issue; so far nothing has been resolved. I'm going to attempt a full format of my system and SD card and start from scratch and see what I can manage from there.

I updated to boot9strap 1.1 not too long ago, but I'm having problem updating to 1.2. When I try to launch safeb9sinstaller I get an error. It says "Anexception occurred Processor: ARM9 Exception type: data abort" and a lot of random numbers and letters I don't understand. the same thing happens with some of the other payloads like decrypt9, hourglass9, and cakes, but not godmode9 or luma.

Sorry to disturb. With the release of Luma 8.0, the update of RNG on Gen 6 Pokemon games, i want to have everything updated.

So i'd like to update to Boot9strap 1.2 in order to enjoy that. I want to be sure before making I mistake. I just have to replace the two firm files and running the Luma3DS Updater ?

Edit : I'm using the Safe installer from SciresM, but... I'm using Start when launching my 3DS... AND NOTHING. Any help ?

Just to clarify, to update from B9S 1.0 to 1.2, we'd just use SafeB9SInstaller with the new B9S?

Actually, on second thought, I'm not sure I can do this without an issue getting b9s back. I have one of the required DSiWare titles but it's on the system I would be formatting; on the other system I have access to, I really can't overwrite files. Is there some way I don't know of to get A9LH or B9S on 11.4? I have OoTHax on my cartridge copy of OoT3d, but that's packed away right now and seems to be that payloads for hax installers are not updated for o3ds at this point on 11.4?

Wondering what else I can do other than try and delete some fluff from my SD card and hope something on there is causing the issue.

Do I have this correct assuming that my New 3DS XL has the newest firmware (because the guy said he updated it within the last few weeks)?
* the best route for me to go at this time would be to hardmod it so I can backup my NAND
* use that same hardmod/sd card reader/USB reader to install/push boot9strap to the 3DS
Then what? I've done some reading but it's hard to decipher a lot of it in my current super-newb state.

How much of the Finalizing Setup part of the 3DS Guide do I have to do?

You'll want to follow the guide from the beginning. If you are able to, source a 3DS on 11.3 or less - much easier than hardmod (if you aren't really confident with years of soldering experience, you may render your console FUBAR)
