Thanks man and is it safe to remove with fbi as fbi has an option to remove ticket also, which option is best as I don't want unnecessary files on my card and is the boot.3dx also a homebrew file and is it safe to remove

The ticket is on the 3ds internal memory and takes up virtually no space. You can remove the boot.3dsx and the 3ds folder.

I removed homebrew from fbi and deleted the 3ds and boot.3dsx file and than updated the firmware, everything is looking fine for now but the freeshop has stopped and it says no title keys found, what do I do now and thanks for the help guys

3ds folder has all the freeShop stuff in it. Try putting in the URL for title key site. If that doesn't work, reinstall it and set it up again.

I didn't put any extra files in the folder and I have made a backup of the whole sd card before updating by removing the card and copy paste on my computer can I copy the url from there or the bin file but I don't remember which one

I thought it was only used by the homebrew launcher files, but apparently freeshop uses it also so sorry about that. The titlekeys url just changed from .com to .gq. Scan the QR code there with freeshop.

Hey no need to say sorry man without your guys help I wouldn't be even at this step and I have copied some enctitle.bin file from my backup of sd on my computer and lets see if it works

Edit- Voila the freeshop is up and running again, thanks a ton guys for helping now I am on 11.4 but without homebrew and another thing can I play online games with the non legit cia games I have and some EU region games without the risk of banning as I have a US console

Yes you can. There is no risk unless you cheat online or you play a game online before it is released.

Bruh, I had a sweet deal going with Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Hax, but I hadn't used it in a while and I wanted to try setting up the NTR streaming today...and now it don't work no more. I realized after a bit of research that I'm on 11.4 FW and it kinda sucks. I have the hacked OoT that I used to originally set it up, but I can't get that to start either. Is there anything I can do?/Is there a way to do a fresh hax on 11.4 FW? I looked up a guide on A9LH/Luma3ds but it didn't seem to be possible, or I didn't read it right. Thx in advance for any help.

You can use Cubic Ninja or Freakyforms Deluxe. You should have done the Guide before you updated. There is no CFW for 11.4. Wait for SigHax + hardmod/DSiWareHax or get a console below 11.4.
