• Are you holding Start BEFORE you press power?
• If yes to the above questions, test your SD card with H2testw.

I tried the h2w test, it found no errors, although I only tested about a third of the storage, I might back up the drive, format it and do the whole thing. Either that or I'll get a new SD card. Also I did try fixing it through windows, as it prompted me to scan and fix it as I mustn't have safely removed it but that didn't change anything. I have a link to some photos of the contents of my SD card here http://imgur.com/a/qpG18 in case that might help. Those aren't all the files in the root of my sd btw there is of course the arm9loaderhax.bin and all of that.

No, nothing bad will happen if you use a DS flashcart.

I finally fixed it. It was the Microsd card, I needed to format it. Thanks for your help.

You're not to use it through the HBL. You have to boot it through the bin payload. Just get the *.bin file from SafeA9LHInstaller and put it on sd:/arm9loaderhax.bin

Yeah, it gave me an error about it not being the latest save and the only option it gave after that was to delete the data.

Restart your console and uninstall A9LH by pressing the button.

... First, restart it. Then, SafeA9LHInstaller will start, because you deleted Luma's arm9loaderhax.bin and replaced it with SafeA9LHInstaller's arm9loaderhax.bin.

Then, read what it says and press the key it tells you to to uninstall.
