Had an issue with my NAND backup, so I did the 9.2.0 ctrtransfer and my 3ds is back to 11.2.0.35U. Do I go back to the earlier instructions to downgrade it to 2.1 again?

Nope. That was your optional route to upgrade since you had no NAND

So I assume this means I can continue with installing arm9loaderhax, right? Because the Loadarm11.bin doesn't do anything on my browser.

Huh? I don't think you can install A9LH on anything but 2.1. Not sure what @jack_okami is going on about.

I thought he already had a9lh and was just going to upgrade back to 11.2 .-. I'm confused

But he is on 11.2 right now. And he can't install A9LH from his browser (of course he can't, it doesn't work on anything but 2.1).

@quoob start the guide from the beginning. As above, you must be on 2.1 to install A9LH.

So I'm trying to mod my old 3ds with soundhax and when i boot up the file it loads up and cuts to yje top screen black with a little glitch in the corner and red on the bottom screen. Ive checked the files, they are all right, and I can't figure this out. Can someone help me fix this problem, thanks in advance.

You're not getting into HBL at all right? Are you 100% sure you have all the right files? the ropbin is what gets most people - Either they have the wrong one, or it's not renamed or a combination of those two.

3) Play online like on acnl?
And my last question is Safehax/fasthax working on O3DS EUR(11.2.0-35E SoundHax) for installing Arm9Loader ?

Yeah if you don't have an emunand then you can just copy the files over.

I'm back with a little question. I want to use Decrypt9WIP in order to dump a ticket (Pokemon Rouge, 10.2.0-28E 2DS Collector Edition) and I've a launch success of 0% in more than 20 try... There's NO WAY to get it working ?

And of course no way to hack it or anything. I just want to use HBL for that because I'll delete everything linked to HBL right after

I'm using soundhax. I was able to use OOThax but too late now, no way to do it for the next 15 days :v
