I have several doubts.
I have two consoles, one Old 3DS (with A9LH) and New 3DS (with newly installed A9LH). Both are in the latest version, but the first one is the one that has my NNID actually linked and the N3DS is virgin (recently bought).
My questions are: What happens if I do a system transfer between the two consoles? Do I lose games and / or data of the O3DS (including SD games)? By transferring the NNID, the console (old one) becomes unusable for online? Can you play online without linking a NNID?
I imagine that having both in latest FW and the A9LH + Luma fully configured, the transfer process could be said to be "automatic", ie, without worrying about anything, right?

You can system transfer between the two without any issues. For @Txustra's case, the NNID will be on the n3DS (and now you can only use it on the n3DS) and can no longer be transferred back to the old 3DS without calling Nintendo.
Good day guys. I really want to play nintendog+cats on my japan 3ds, but the problem is i cant run the game it just open for about 4 seconds then close with error. My 3ds is japan a9lh+luma latest installed. I already switch region/language emulation ON and have the needed txt file inside locales folder on luma folder. Already tried 4 versions of nintendogs+cats all US CIAS and same result. Any ideas? Tnx.
People have them but don't want to release. Because they will be patch instantly. They want to wait until the 3ds stops getting updates so it won't get patched.
Hello I am trying to understand how to use freeshop, I was told to go to download on freeshop and use it to scan a QR code on a website!? I found the "that" website but there are options for decrypted and encrypted, which one do I use?
No you scan the QR code with freeShop and shows you the list of games in that file. Then you use freeShop to download the game. Open freeShop -> tap the settings icon on the bottom screen -> tap on the Update tab -> Where it says Auto-update title keys from URL, the icon farthest to the left of the bottom screen is the QR code button. -> tap that button to scan the QR code -> Tap Refresh Cache to restart freeShop and the games should show up.
