I'm trying to play Smash 3DS and whenever I try to start a With Anybody, For Fun match I get the error code "018-0516". Has anyone else gotten this error and is there any way to solve it?

Thanks. I still get a black screen tho . (I got black screen on boot in section 2 too with my sd card the 3ds)

Did you try taking the micro SD out and boot? If it works then insert the card back in and continue. Happened for me

Hi guys, i modified my profile and now I can't entered my emunand or rxtools. I tried to re-set the MSET exploit using the Web browser (rxinstaller.bin) but it doesn't crash, the bottom just flickers.

Keep showing the "a error has occurred" and reset everytime I try to enter the profile. What should I do to fix it?

2) Can I play NDS and foreign region 3DS games with it?
3) Can I run 3ds games made after 12.2015 on my Sky3DS BLUE? Pretty sure I can't but just making sure.
4) If I install all the hacks on current SD card, can I just copy the contents of it to a new bigger card? Will it work like that on the same console and will saves be ok?

yes; don't worry about updating to 9.2 from 9.0, it's basically the same

you'll need a flash cart for DS games. out of region games can be played with cfw/homebrew.

no; for those, just install CIAs or use something like freeshop/CIAngel

if using RedNAND/EmuNAND, you need to format the new SD card to support that first. if you go with arm9loaderhax and updated sysnand, you can just copy files over. note if the new SD card is 64gb or higher, you need to format it FAT32 first (use EmuNAND9 for that)

Network issue. Unfortunately there are many different things that could be causing this. Basically your 3DS is unable to find anyone to connect to. Check your router settings. Assign an IP manually. Open the required ports for your 3DS. If you have no idea what I just said, you'll have to google the error, and try any of the multiple solutions posted on this.

(Other solutions to this, that I would consider more advance and not worth the time. Downgrade to v1 A9LH. Compile a compatible v2 A9LH build.)

Or wait for Gateway to release a compatible v2 A9LH.bin. Which should be Soon(tm)

Don't you need to use a DS Flashcart to re-set your MSET exploit? Anyways, failing that. You'd have to look into setting up A9LH or MenuHax+RedNAND//EmuNAND.

Hey I'm currently stuck on 9.9.0-16U O3DS. I already got menuhax on it but I'm having trouble downgrading to 9.2. I have plaisysupdater but I'm stuck on the yellow screen. I read that updating the fw to 10.3 up tod 10.7 would work. How do would I be able to downgrade to 9.2?

1. Should come with 4.5 if I am correct on the information I've found.
2. Gateway works with 4.5 via MSET. 9.2 (browserhax or menuhax) and via A9LH (Updated SysNAND) - Do not use GW-A9LH (it is a locked down version of Standard A9LH)
3. They should.
4. With Gateway on 4.5 via MSET, you'd need to set-up an EmuNAND, then from your EmuNAND you'd make an NNID.
5. Sky3DS+ is another flashcart, but it will only let you play games of the same region as your 3DS, and works without any modifications to the system and up to the latest stock OFW.

Now, for some added info and stuff you can look into. If you don't want to use a Gateway3DS, and your 3DS comes with a working browser, you should be able to get to 9.2 easily, from there you'd have 2 choices, either setup MenuHax+RedNAND//EmuNAND or go the full A9LH route.

If your 3DS comes with a FW below 9.2, then you'd have to do the update section of the guide, prior to even attempting the rest. (Skip Part 2 of the Guide if you have to do this first)

Now, while the guide I linked is more focused to A9LH, you can use it to setup MenuHax+RedNAND//EmuNAND.

For MenuHax+RedNAND//EmuNAND, use the guide I linked, but stop at Part 4, Section I, Step 26, this way you have proper backups of your SysNAND and RedNAND//EmuNAND, and have injected FBI into your RedNAND.

Then once that's done, change your menuhax configuration to something that suits you, like type 2 autoboot, or however you want to trigger your menuhax that fits your needs.

Then look into improving your menuhax bootrate by looking at this link:

Now, with this setup, you'll basically be able to use FBI to install your dirty .CIA files and be able to play online and use eshop as well have your NNID.

Now, if you want A9LH (100% Bootrate - CFW on Updated SysNAND) - Then you'd follow the guide to the end.

Also, GW does work with A9LH, using BootCTR9.

GW only works on a MenuHax+EmuNAND setup (You have to make sure to setup an EmuNAND and not a RedNAND)

My problem is that my 3DS has the L button broken, so I'm using RX 2.5.2 because that version let me go to the rx menu and Pasta/developer Mode through R button.

I will search a DS flashcard and see if it let me re-set MSET, access RX to update to 9.2. and follow the tutorial. As it seems, I don't need the L button after that
