Is it safe to update emunand to the latest firmware? I'm on rxtools using O3DS

No it's not. Use a cfw which has fw protection like luma3ds

For A9LH+CFW SysNAND systems, yes, it's that easy. Just format the SD Card to FAT32 with 32kb or 64kb cluster size. For cards above 32GB, you'll need to use a third-party tool on Windows to do this. You can also use Emunand9. If you followed the guide to the end, you would just hold Y at boot, then just press Select to unmount your old SD Card, then put in the new one and you would go to SD Format Options and choose Format SD (no emuNAND). Then you'd just turn off your 3DS and go to a computer and copy the contents of your old SD Card onto the new one, and your done.

For menuhax+rednand setups, things are slightly different, and not as easy as just drag and drop.

Following the Plailect guide for getting the OTP. Is it the same way for N3DS?

Since there is 11.0. Could I just update skip updating emunand, clone sysnand to emunand, format it twice, downgrade and use the OTP helper? Since I want my OTP for my n3ds US and JP.

Downgrading the emunand is the same with it being on 11.0?

Having some issues with FBI. Some .cia files instal fine, and others it gives me a failed error, or freezes.

If I'm right, you've a problem with your SD Card (Full)

I've a little question about .cia and CIAngel. I've always used .cia, installed everything, but now i've to admit it's a pain to find the right .cia in the right website. So i'm thinking to use CIAngel for Updates (and yes DLC) but I don't want to do a bad move. I'm quite lost with that; Any advice ?

Edit : Another question. I've my O3DS Blue with rxtools (old version REALLY) but with a NNID on my EmuNAND. Can I transfer it to my a9lh N3DS ?

I'm having some trouble playing online...I can't seem to play online with Pokemon X? It says that I need to do a system update, so, I tried doing that, but it said my system was up to date. I also tried to access the eShop, which I did successfully. I can't think of anything else to do...

This issue is for an N3DS 9.2 SysNAND and 9.2 emuNAND - So whenever I open any CFW (Luma/rxTools/etc) it does go into emuNAND but it takes me back to HBLauncher unless I hold a button.
Is there any way to fix that?
On my O3DS it goes straight to my emuNAND whenever I click Luma in HBLauncher. ;-;

If they are linked, unlink your NANDs by formatting sysNAND with the SD card removed, then do what I listed above.

I'm getting a n3ds soon, and plan to cfw and ntr it and stuff, but I have an o3ds with official firmware and i want to system transfer stuff

Is system transfer even possible? If so, how?
The FAQ says once i set up the arm9loaderhax i can system transfer to it but I want to be extra sure.

I'm not sure if you can. You could use CTRBootManager instead though, which would give you the option to boot CFW or the HBL.
