Well I checked the cia and it says that is from USA and region free ... does the last part has something to do with it ?

Or I was thinking since it might check something in the eshop that proves that my game isn't legit and that I don't own it

When I had my 3DS EmuNAND at firmware 10.3, a while later I decided to update it to 10.7. When I updated my Homebrew files, though, instead of my 3DS booting into EmuNAND instantly then to ReiNand, it only boots the Homebrew Launcher. How can I make it automatically boot back to to ReiNAND/EmuNAND instantly? It was much faster.

for that stuff it goes by the region of the system/ where you are connecting from iirc. you have to use the lang emulation stuff but the current free pokemon for the us needs a code

Emunand9 as Snowdori said, or Decrypt9 (Sysnand Options ->SysNand Backup/Restore ->Nand Backup). Both work.

when i launch emunand 9 it tells me i dont have a emu formated sd....but I have completed all the steps in the Plaitect guide

I just got a new SD card to put in my 3DS, I transfered the files from my old one to the new SD card and now my 3DS won't boot up with the new card in, help

That's correct... you shouldn't have one. You only are using Emunand9 to backup your sysNand. Again, following Plaitect's guide will result in your having A9LH+CFW SysNand, and as such have no need for emunand, unless you setup on your own for whatever reason you want.

CFW Sysnand I'm pretty sure. My CFW should boot up every time I launch the system. It does with my old card. With my new card in, the system won't even boot. But when I put my old SD card in it works just fine.

What size is the new SD card and is it formatted to FAT32?

Yeah, you should. The format is going to delete everything. And it should work after the format to fat32.

People report 64kb is faster. How much faster? I don't know, never done any tests. I just use it and forget about it.

If you are on A9LH+CFW Sysnand, yes.

For a menuhax+emunand//rednand setup, you'd have to do a different process.
