Well... In "4.1.0-0E" the "0" between the "E" and the "-" is the version of your 3ds' browser, and 0 in this case means that it has no browser hence you cannot pass the "go to x url" steps

The easiest way should be to update to 10.7 (the latest version right now) and then use ninjhax, oothax or psmdhax to downgrade to 9.2.

Updates though cartridges does not update your browser, so you still need an entrypoint like oothax to run homebrew and install a real browser or running rxtools through homebrew (using oothax too)

What about the mset exploit without a browser? I can't believe there is no way to get a browser...

I've never installed the mset exploit before so I don't know how it works... But if you're able to install it and boot rxtools then you're good to go

This may be an unrelated and bad question but does the 3DS support r4's for the DS? I have an r4 people call it wood r4 I think. It just says "r4 revolution for DS" on it and nothing else. It fits on my 3DS but it feels weird while taking it out. It doesn't recognise my 3DS at all. (I installed the wood r4 software latest version.) Maybe it just doesn't support 3DS or it could be broken... (coz it wasn't looked after very well!) please help, thanks!!!

Yes, online play with Reinand works just fine, and you can update installed CIAs through the home menu as long as they are the same region as your 3ds (even if they are RF patched). Or else if they're not the same region, get the CIA update for the game and install that too. Just have a recent emunand backup (you should make this anyways).

Download new reinand files, replace the old files with the new files, turn system on, go into settings while in the emunand, then update it from there.

I replaced the files, started up in Emunand, went to update, but it said an error had occurred and the system had to be restarted. Everything is fine, but what now?

When I attempted to update in System Settings, it popped up.

It's been a while since I used reinand but if it uses firm files make sure you updated those

Strange, I went to system settings again and now I'm on Rei 10.6.0-31U...

I have my firmware files updated, too.

In the middle of downloading, it said an error had occurred, but after restarting it, the system is now 10.7! Thanks!
