Hacking 3DS GBA games on r4

If I'm right, on FBI, you have to install gba game to SD and not to NAND. The NAND/SD that FBI show you isnt "really" sysnand and emunand.
If you launch FBI in emunand and choose NAND, it will be on the NAND of emunand. (well, I dont explain it easily haha)

gba game: boot sysnand patched (L at boot with luma iirc), install gba game with FBI destination SD.

I did, but game doesn't shows up. Do you know why? Btw. yea. my nands are unlinked

now I know this question was awhile ago but you never really got an answer I believe you installed them to emunand destination nand not sysnand destination Sd. If you have trouble loading into sysnand use pasta CFW it's sysnand only from their install them like normal

Eh, maybe luma doesn't patch in sysnand mode ? Try to boot in sysnand then launch mini pasta, there you should be able to launch FBI.

Oh, minipasta is just another exploit (runs on the same way as menuhax, PkHbank)? I just need to run it over HBL and that's it?

If you want SysNAND CFW you should install A9LH.

fbi comes in a .3dsx format as well

OP did you install to SD on both emunand and sysnand? If you installed to nand that would explain it not showing up. Selecting nand =/= sysnand.

I have tried to run minipasta but failed. From where should i run minipasta, sysnand or emunand?

Anyway launching it from emunand-brings me back to purple screen where I need to select boot for emunand (rxtools, luma3ds...)
Launching it from sysnand-starts loading and after it i just got black screen

What will happen if i flash FBI on sysnand over H&S app? Is it a bad idea?

i use Pasta CFW more than miniPasya to enter signature patched sysnand or emunand.

I didn't understand your post very well. I have installed game over FBI on emunand as every other game and after it, pressed L button to switch mode and installed it on sysnand (probably nand as you say)

That's why. Nand doesn't mean sysnand. It means to the systems internal memory (which on emunand is still on the SD card). You need to go onto sysnand and choose to install to SD.
