People at Zelda informer are reporting a few isues on Nintendo 3DS eshop. The first issue seems to be with your remaining balance after you’ve topped up with credits via your credit or debit card. Apparently people are complaining that their credit or debit cards are being charged but they’re not receiving the credits that they need to purchase the games. Looks like Nintendo's got a issue to work on.[/p]

I've charged multiple cards multiple times, and I haven't had any issues yet. All in all I think I've dropped about $40 into the eShop, and it's all went fast and smooth.

I've charged twice already and both times it worked just fine.
No problems here (EU shop)
Same here. Bought Zelda:Link's Awakening when it was available. (NA shop)

May be a rare bug though, or possibly a Credit Card issue.

Yeah, there's problems with my Visa. I was getting 10€ to my 3DS, but got error message and no eshop balance. Repeated that four times. Then my bank account said that 40€ was missing. So, yay. I hope that I get my money back soon.

This happened to me yesterday.
I used a credit card to add $20 to my eShop account. Once the transaction was completed, I didn't have any money in my eShop account and was charged $20 on my credit card.
Goli and Devin can vouch for me.

Hopefully, they can get this issue resolved quickly (emailed them) so I can get Cave Story.

I deposited R$10,00 (about 6 dollars) on my e-shop today. Had no problems with it so far.

One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
