Nope and nope.

Citra is the best 3DS emulator and doesn't have full Pokemon support. And it hasn't yet been ported to mobile devices.

1. No, probably never will be, there is one called Citra for PC though, but is no way in a playable form yet.

Just save some money and buy a 2DS. They are only 100 bucks, and are really good systems. You can also buy a second hand regular 3DS for 80 bucks.
There will inevitably be a 3ds emulator for android at some point.

2DS is just a 3DS without the 3D functionality. It's a great option for anyone that wants to get into the 3DS, or never uses the 3D feature.
Sorry, im just new to this kind of things. So youre telling me that there is also no phone Emulator for 2DS? Thats sad.

Emulators for 3DS have only just now started to happen, so it's gonna take a while for things to catch up. Dolphin took forever to get perfect GC and Wii Emulation at full speed, so we will just have to assume the same for this.
Thanks bruh. You da man.

Citra is still being developed, I would guess 1.5 to 2 years before someone puts Citra on an android smartphone. No doubt they'll be powerful enough by then. Right now it's only for pc.

You can play pokemon on citra, but the roms have to be decrypted first. It's also not full speed on even the most powerful computers.

Btw a refurbished 2ds costs $60 which is the price of a console game...

As an addendum, since the topic starter is from the Philippines. There's no such thing as refurbished 3DS here......

In the local marketplace, second hand prices :
2DS = $80, the same as the Classic 3DS.
3DS XL = $130
N3DS = $200

Brand New stuff :
2DS = $140
3DS XL = $210
N3DS = $260.

Yes IMO it's overpriced. :(

Because no official Nintendo store in our country. The sellers usually import stuff from Maxsoft. Which is in singapore if I'm not mistaken. So yeah, overpriced.
