Hacking 3ds download play with other regions?

Hello!

I have 3 3ds systems.

1 CFW EU old 3ds
2 CFW EU old 3ds
3 CFW U New 3ds

If i try to get the new 3ds with the old ones it won't work. I also have a EU version of mario party island tour on my new 3ds. Whenever i go to download play, it sais communication error.

Any idea how i can play together?

It said region does not match at quto ctrnand transfer, i would assume that's correct since i am changing to eu?

lost all files when downgrading is this correct? if so i have to inject fbi to health and safety app

Edit. all my previous installations are still in the nintendo 3ds folder (the folder is 10 gb). do hi have to change anything to make it work again?

Edit2: i am an idiot, the tickets brought all my files back :$
