Gaming 3DS DLC has gone Corrupted. Need Help

Last night on my O3DS XL. Newest Firmware, no hacks, I was playing on it, and I noticed my SD card started to fail. Games would not open, and then vanish from the SD card, and Old DLC went corrupt. I managed to back most of it up to a new SD, but I can't get the DLC to install on anything physical. It tells me to delete it from System Management, but All I have in there is a bunch of 0 byte non labeled files that can't be deleted. Do I have any way to nuke just my DLC? I have upwards of 50 games on my SD and REALLY don't want to re-download them one by one.

Sorry but yes you have to nuke all the 0byte files.

I had the same problem with a corrupt update install made my entire list of games disappear from system, deleting the 0 byte updates fixed it and manually installed again.

Btw the SD failing has to do with sleep mode if im correct
