3ds CPU bruteforce help? need someone with cfs on 3ds

Hi I'm trying to jailbreak my 3ds via cpu bruteforce and I keep getting this one error measege "LFCS has been left blank, did you do a complete two-way friend code exchange before dumping friendlist?

What, exactly, are you trying to do? And why can't you use https://3ds.guide ?

I am trying to load cia files on my 3ds. I cant use 3ds guide because the bruteforcemoveable site wont load and I'm on 11.15.0
