Hacking 3DS Compatible flashcard works on one 3DS but not on another?

Hey guys,

a few days back I fixed my bricked 3DS with the help of someone on these forums. After completely setting it up, I wanted to check if I could play games with the flashcard I bought to unbrick and install cfw. I ran the card and for some reason all it showed me was a black screen. I rebooted a few times but the same issue persisted.

I happened to install CFW on another 3DS just yesterday and wondered if it was working on that one. I ran the card again and oddly enough it worked.

Both 3DS systems have been updated to firmware 11.8.0-41E (Sys 11.8.0-41E).
The R4 card used is an R4 SDHC Gold Pro 2018 and has the latest firmware downloaded on their website.

Does anyone know what causes the problem I have?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
