Hacking 3ds blank screen- can access luma and others.

So I let a friend use my 3ds to do some Pokemon trading. I got it back today and I get a blank screen when I power it on. I can access the luma menu and others and I have all backup files that were made during the process. It was flashed back on 9.2 Can I get some help where to start?

I used the plailect guide (no longer available) when moding. hourglass9 v1.10, luma3ds v5.5, emunand9 (6/6/16) available. I dont mind starting over and losing my content. I know I need to get boot9strap in place of the arm9loaderhax.
